After being hit by a drunk driver (twice arrested for DUI already) the insurance company wanted to settle for a ridiculously small amount ($10,000). I want to take a minute to describe my professional experience with Michael Francis. I hired Michael’s firm to help me with a case involving my being in an accident with a female driver that was three times over the legal alcohol limit of .08. The case started in 2006 and was completed with a very satisfactory result in 2009. I believe the dedication to detail that Michael showed all through the case won the day. I was injured in an auto accident due to being rear ended and the other person's insurance company tried to deny liability, and then made a low ball offer. Mr. Francis worked hard until we were finally able to settle with the max amount. Mr. Francis made sure that all of my medical bills and auto repairs were taken care of and was able to put money in my pocket as well. If I am ever in an auto accident again, Mr. Francis will be my first call.
